Our thoughts:
Imagine being hunted by your own family with no one to turn to but your brother and his girlfriend whom you are trying to keep safe. That's exactly what Hadassah is up against.
She and her brother Damian are on the run with his girlfriend Madelyn trying to keep their family from coming after her. Why you ask? Because they are vampires and she is a human. It's against the rules for a vampire to love a human and if the others find out, you're in deep trouble. Haddie knows all too well what happens...
Join Haddie and her traveling partners as they run from her Fathers' goons and her Uncle too. She will turn to an unlikely group for help ; but will they help her or hurt her? Will Haddie be able to keep Madelyn and Damian safe from the wrath of Uncle Devin? Find out when you read Fanged Princess!
I was kept on my toes with this novella. It is full of danger and excitement around every corner. I don't think there was a lull at all in this story. Right when you start reading, you're on the run and when you reach the end, you're out of breath because you've been holding it. It is a great read and I look forward to reading the next install titled The Hunted. 5 stars

When Haddie resurfaced after almost a year, Damian didn't know what to expect. While he loved his sister, he loved Madelyn more. The fact that Madelyn was human only made him love her more, no matter how much it angered his father, the Vampire King Chadwick. Once Haddie announces that she is there to actually help the two lovebirds the race is on to keep Madelyn out of the royal vamp enforces hands. Madelyn refuses to see her brother go through life the way she has had to no matter what the cost.
I was pleasantly surprised here. This is a quick read that is very entertaining. Usually o stay away from novellas because I don't feel they can address a topic fully in just a few pages. This story is the exception. It does engage the reader from the beginning. The characters have depth and are well likeable. The plot is fast paced with action and a dose of love. Add in a fair amount of sarcasm, and you have a great combination.
For me, so would love to see this concept expanded in a full length novel. There is enough of a storyline developed to make for a great one. Not too many of the paranormal vampire books combine the action and love with a dash of humor like you find in this one. Editing was done very well and I suggest this read for those of us over 16 for sexual situations. Happy Reading!!! 5 stars

This was a very fast
paced book not just because it was a novella but because there was a great
amount of suspense. Hadassah is a vampire was severely punished by her father
who was the Vampire King and her only crime was he was human. So when her
brother falls down the same path she wants to protect him from the same fate.
The only option she feels is running away. But is there really anyplace that
the could escape his reach. I really look forward to reading more from this
author in the future. The only thing I could say that I wish it was a full
length book but I give it 5 stars.

About the author
Elisabeth Wheatley started writing very short (and rather silly) stories when she was around six. She became a voracious reader and after being practically forced by her cousins to watch Disney's version of "The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe," she developed a chronic passion for fantasy.
Elisabeth eventually went to work on what would become "The Key of Amatahns" when she was eleven. "The Key of Amatahns" is the first in the seven-book series, "Argetallam Saga." She now has several projects in the works in addition to "Argetallam."
Wow! I'm so glad you all enjoyed it! Thank you so, so much for reading! =D
