Devan Stowe has only one thing on her mind—shutting down her father’s child trafficking business. Her determination sets her on a journey to discover her true strength and the one man she was destined to love.
In his arms, she’ll learn the meaning of trust, honor, and courage. She will unlock an amazing gift that will free her from her past and open up a future full of magic, faeries and more things than she ever imagined possible.

Bitten Shame (Book 2)
Jill Prescott returned from self-imposed seclusion to help save her best friend Devan’s life. Throwing herself into Devan’s problems and bringing an evil organization to its knees might just be the distraction she needs to keep living without the only man she’s ever loved.
Her life changed forever when she was hired to spend a week with Doc Massey. On the day she became a vampire her youthful innocence ended, but Doc’s love rescued her from being consumed by the darkness. The shadow of that former life continues to loom over her, keeping her from realizing her own self-worth. Running from her past only brings her closer to a destiny that is inextricably connected to what she is trying to escape…
Every gift has both a reward and a price, because All of it fits…

Tell A Soul (A Bend-Bite-Shift Story - Previously published in the Cupid Painted Blind Anthology)
He’s the dependable one. The strong and steadfast one. Still, there’s one woman who has always turned his firm resolve on end. Langston is surprised beyond belief to find Kristana again, and this time without a husband. Has fate finally given them the chance to be together? Kristana can’t escape her intense attraction for the strange giant Langston, but the murmuring voices in her head are threatening to drive her mad. Can she find a way to trade one torment for another and thereby find true love?

Shifty Business (Book 3)
Gerry Hinton thought she had the perfect career as an operative for the Company. Her next assignment should have been another "mission accomplished", but hell was delivering hand baskets that day.
When a little girl gives a mysterious silver box to Gerry, her world self-destructs. Suddenly under constant mental attacks, the only person who can save her is her partner, Nicky--but nothing comes without a cost.
Secrets buried deep in the past begin to rise, threatening everything she holds dear.

By Blood and Benevolence (A NEW Bend-Bite-Shift Story)
Viktor has battled the darkness his entire vampire existence. His wife and the life they made together manage to keep him from the brink of despair, but it’s always near the surface.
A strange and dark encounter at a party unleashes his repressed past, overwhelming him with memories of his cruel maker and lost love. His sanity is challenged when a mysterious dhampir arrives on his doorstep with information that will cause him to question everything he thought he knew.
A short story that bridges the Bend-Bite-Shift Trilogy to the upcoming For Love of Fae Trilogy.

Guess what??? Olivia answered some questions for me, so here is my interview with her :)
1. Which was your favorite book in the series to write? (I loved them all, and I'm curious to see which was the most fun for you)
I think Bitten Shame was my favorite.  The chemistry between Jill and Doc is super hot and Jill’s character is fun.  The dynamic of her beautiful, peppy personality crossed with her dark side was fascinating to “watch” and to write.

And do tell… what was your favorite?

2. Do you have a writing playlist?
I have several.  In the box set there is a bonus short called By Blood & Benevolence.  It’s playlist includes Holly Brook, Augustana, Everlast, Florence + The Machine.  Here is the Spotify playlist for that one:  By Blood & Benevolence

3. What book series have you loved to read?
You mean besides the Boston Witches?  ;-)   Well, since it’s prevalent in my mind, I’ve really enjoyed Charles Colyott’s Randall Lee Mysteries.  I just got an email that the third book will be out soon so now I’m chomping at the bit.  Haha!

4. Was it fun for you to write Contemporary Romance when you wrote All For Hope? (which I loved btw)
Yay!  I’m glad you loved it.  All for Hope is special because it was a story I originally wrote many years ago, just before I gave up writing for a while.  So getting to publish it with Hayson was like coming full circle to meet my dream of head-on.

5. What’s next for you?
Next is my new For Love of Fae Trilogy.  This series will pick up where the Bend-Bite-Shift Trilogy left off and will start with Roon and Belle’s love story in Sweet Magic Song.

Find out more about Olivia......

Author Bio:When Olivia Hardin began having strange movie-like dreams in her teens, she had no choice but to begin putting them to paper. Before long the writing bug had her and she knew she wanted to be a published author. Several rejections plus a little bit of life later, and she was temporarily "cured" of the urge to write. That is until she met a group of talented and fabulous writers who gave her the direction and encouragement she needed to get lost in the words again.
Olivia's attended three different universities over the years and toyed with majors in Computer Technology, English, History and Geology. Thenl one day she heard the term road scholar and she knew that was what she wanted to be. Now she "studies" anything and everything just for the joy of learning. She's also an insatiable crafter who only completes about 1 out of 5 projects, a jogger who hates to run, and she's sometimes accused of being artistic.
A native Texas girl, Olivia lives in the beautiful Lone Star state (Texas) with her husband, Danny and their puppy, Bonnie.

Excerpt

Eric slowed the Mustang to a crawl and searched the street for his informant, Jimmy Flame. This part of Brooklyn had it all―garbage, graffiti and gangs―a snake pit where debts were paid in blood. As it turned out, he spotted the lanky twenty-something-drug-dealer strolling up the sidewalk.
Eric didn’t trust the scar-faced kid dressed in clothes three sizes too big, but Jimmy knew the streets and somehow stayed clear of the gangs. A real miracle. He also knew Jimmy would be discreet, if he knew what was good for him.
Eric pulled the car over and stopped. Jimmy looked him square in the eye, turned, and kept walking.
Eric got out of the car and snatched the back of Jimmy’s shirt. “We need to talk.” He whirled him around.
“Hey, you promised you’d only come around at night.” Jimmy scanned up and down the street clearly worried someone might see him with a cop.
“It’s important. Get in.”
Jimmy hopped in the car and scrunched down low in the passenger seat.
Eric started the car and glanced at Jimmy’s low riding jeans. “How the hell can you wear those baggy-ass pants? They should be outlawed.”
“What man? You don’t like my gear? These pants are sick.” Jimmy ran his hand over his knee. “What’s so important?”
“Heard anything about prosecutor Stephen Taylor or the new district attorney?” Jimmy kept one hand clutched on the door handle.
Convinced the kid might bolt if he had the chance, Eric sped up.
“I ain’t heard nothing on the DA, but―”
“If you know something, spit it out. I’m not in the mood for games.” Eric glanced at him,
Jimmy’s shaved head glistened with sweat in the early morning sun.
“Man you’re gonna get me killed.” Jimmy sank back into the seat, his fingers tightened around the handle of the door. “Some dude was looking for someone to put the scare into Taylor and the DA. I never saw him, but one of my boys told the guy to hit the road. The deal didn’t smell right. Something was way off.”
“How did Paul Cassico end up dead?”
Jimmy lit a cigarette and took an extra-long drag. “Cassico is a small-time bookie, you know, neighborhood shit, horse races and fights. Valdina learned the guy would be cooperating with the feds so Valdina had one of his crew take him out.”
“Did Cassico ever mention who killed my father?”
“The stupid shit went around flappin’ his gums. Said he knew who shot the cop in the warehouse drug deal. He also said he’d make a large stash when he went to the cops.”
Eric’s heart pounded. “Did he give a name, Jimmy?”
“Nope.”
“I need to find the shooter.”
“I don’t wanna get involved with Valdina’s boys. You’re talking Mafia. Man, I’m too young to die.”
Eric could tell by the quiver in the kid’s voice, he was scared. Something he’d never seen before. “Has someone threatened you?”
“Not yet. They will as soon as I start asking questions.”
“You’re smart. You’ll find a way to get the info.” Besides, you piss me off, I’ll drag your drug-pedalling ass off to jail. You understand?”
Jimmy remained silent for a moment. “Man, you’re a hard-ass.”
“Find out what you can.” Eric steered the car into an empty parking lot and tossed fifty bucks at him. “I’ll be back in a couple of days and watch your back.”
As Eric pulled away, he heard Jimmy call him an asshole. Okay, he deserved that. And yeah, he was tough on the kid when he needed to be. It was all part of the job. He liked Jimmy, but he’d never admit it. From what he just witnessed, Jimmy was scared shitless and that worried Eric even more.

Midnight Riders Book Blitz

Title: Midnight Rider's
Author: Pete Clark
Genre: “Historical Chaos” – Speculative Paranormal Historical Fiction with Humor
Contains strong language
Publisher: J. Ellington Ashton Press
Blitz Host: Lady Amber's Tours

Blurb:

“Gather ‘round people and you shall hear
about a bunch of bullshit that is clear.

Of riders and horses and monsters too;

your parents lied - they can still get you.

Hardly anyone who was there is alive
to dispel the rumor, uncover the lies,
but there was more than one man who rode that day
and more than just Redcoats who got in their way.”

Along the way, Longfellow lost something in his translation it seems.

Everyone has heard of the French and Indian War and the American Revolution. However, they have not heard about them this way! The American founding fathers had a lot more to deal with at the end of the 18th century than tariffs and tea; avoiding hurled trees from Wendigos and gargoyles falling from the sky took a lot of patience. How is Samuel Prescott supposed to hunt the leader of the Rippers when the British keep infringing upon the colonists’ rights?

Author Bio:

Pete Clark likes writing, animals, potato chips, and cheese. Midnight Riders is his first published novel, although he can also proudly say he finally finished Helix Crashing, the fantasy novel he has been working on for over a decade. In addition, he has written Across the Barren Landscape, a collection of linked Western short stories. He also writes plays, both dramatic and comedic. When he is not writing, Pete tends to ignore everyone around him and obsess over sports.

Excerpt:
Boone was sure he heard Revere scream as the zombie Forbes charged at them. On his way, Forbes took a nice hearty bite out of an off duty soldier who happened to be nearby. “Grullarrk,” the soldier said clearly before falling to the ground.
Forbes Zombie was fast. A hell of a lot faster than Forbes was in real life. How the heck did that work out, Boone wondered. Oh well. He unslung his double-barreled reverse musket, an invention of Revere; the guy was good for something, thought Boone as he fired and turned his former commanding officer’s head into a floating cloud of red mist. He then flipped the release on his musket, spun the barrels so that the fired barrel faced back and the loaded faced forward, and he vaporized the downed soldier’s head as well just to be sure. He wasn’t about to let any zombies rise on his watch.
“Everybody to the wall,” Fraser ordered. It seemed that Boone’s gunfire and the shrieking had alerted the remaining werewolves, who were apparently done feasting on the French and wanted to upgrade to a little English breakfast.
“Zombies and werewolves,” whined Revere. “I sure hope no vampires show up.”
“Vampires?” Boone countered. “What are you, a child? Vampires aren’t real.”
“They’re not?” asked Revere.
“No - vampires are just a myth. But dragons, dragons will fuck your shit up,” said George Washington.
